I was introduced to Dale through my partner who has been training with him over the last year and has got amazing results. I found that over the last six to twelve months a lot of unhealthy habits had crept into my lifestyle, plus a change with my job making me less active on a day to day basis meant I had started to put on weight. I was unhappy with my body and the fact that most of the clothes in my wardrobe no longer fitted me. Over the last month I have trained with Dale once a week and made some changes to my diet. (I am now a reformed Coca Cola addict!) I have never worked out at a gym or with weights before, but Dale has put me at ease and although it is very challenging I love the satisfaction after a hard workout. I am very happy with my progress after such a short period of time, I feel healthier and better in myself and my clothes fit better. This is only the start and I can’t wait to keep training with Dale.
