"I've been carrying oùt personal training for the past few years with various pt's and have enjoyed the variety. I had got to the stage where I needed new challenges as for me it wasn't about gaining fitness and losing weight as I was content with this. I signed up with Dale for a body strengthening programme and look forward to the sessions to be pushed to my potential. Dale is very experienced and can pick up on your technique as to where improvement is required. During our sessions my issues with regards to restriction of movement in my hips has been highlighted and exercises during sessions and homework have been put in place (yes- I did say homework!!) I have started to notice a difference in my strength each week and is amazing how this helps and compliments my other sport that I like to play. Dale is friendly, approachable and is dedicated to you during your session. throughly recommend! Give it a go- you won't regret it."
