“I have had pt sessions with Dale now for about 9 months! I wish I’d have done this year’s ago. I have lost quite a lot of weight and my fitness levels have increased greatly. My confidence in myself has also grown, something I never thought could happened from coming to a gym and having PT sessions. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Dale. I never thought id day this but I really enjoy my time at the gym. I think this is down to having a good PT. If at any time I need advice maybe about nutrition Dale is always happy to give advice.
