Rich - Body Fat Percentage: 22.9% (Overweight) – 20.6% (Healthy Range)


Weekly Personal Training Sessions: 1 x Weekly 'Couples Personal Training Package'

Before Gemma and Rich signed up to 'Couples Personal Training' with Dale, they both did not eat healthy or did any  physical activity. Living this lifestyle will lead to weight gain and all sorts of other problems later in life. After their first personal training session they both regained their confidents and motivation and now look what they have achieved so far. Gemma has completed her first Tewkesbury Half Marathon and always takes part in running clubs after hours. At 6AM Rich is now involved in circuit training and resistance training. They both get daily motivation on healthy eating and training through our private and friendly WhatsApp Group. They both have the education and guidance to achieve their health and fitness goals. Dale is proud of them both.

Rich and I are really enjoying our training sessions with Dale. Feel totally at ease all the time and Dale is 100% focused on us. Here's to a long relationship
