When Daniel first signed up to Dales Nutri-Fitness for 1-2-1 personal training, he was extremely nervous and anxious coming to the gym. So, taking this into consideration, we started his sessions in a private setting in Dale's mini studio gym, based in Quedgeley. After 10 weeks and once Daniel had learnt some basic exercise techniques alongside developing his confidence, we continued his sessions in Bodyflex Gym in Quedgeley. This is when we really pushed his training to the next level! With Daniel's persistent dedication and ongoing motivation and support from myself, he can now Bench Press 60kg (for repetitions!) and is now, bigger and fitter than he has ever been!
