Looking back I thought I looked OK, being honest I would say I was overweight and I felt fairly fit but no where near as fit as I am today after eating sensibly and exercising. I now know I look good and feel fit enough to face anything and not to let anything stand in my way. Determination and hard work has made me physically and mentally stronger and a more confident person.
