Anna started at Dales Nutrifitness back in February 2022 with the hope of becoming more confident within herself and to achieve her set health and fitness goals. Within Anna’s personal training sessions, we focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength training and mobility, to help reduce the pain she has in her lower back. Since Anna has joined Dales Nutrifitness, she has not only lost an incredible 16 pounds but has developed the confidence and knowledge needed to succeed in achieving a healthy lifestyle. Alongside, pursuing some personal bests in strength lifts such as Squats and Deadlifts. Anna is accountable for her sessions and attends twice a week, together with regular nutritional advice and check-ins.
