Alisson decided to invest in her health and Fitness and started her own body transformation at Dales Nutri-Fitness. She is now feeling stronger and more positive about her body every single day. Alisson has lost nearly 1 stone of body fat, two dress sizes and 4inches off her waist – but the biggest thing she gained was confidence and that feel-good factor that comes with it. 


I started with Dale early 2020, already over weight and unfit after Christmas. It was going great with pounds dropping off and then lockdown happened. During this time the weight I had lost returned with extra added. Within just a few weeks of returning to Dale the pounds started dropping again and I could see the changes and more importantly felt amazing. I have Multiple sclerosis which means some days are better than others. Dale never makes me feel that I have failed on days when I’m not firing on all cylinders but instead  adapts to meet my needs. I shall continue my journey with the confidence and focus that Dale has given me, and with the continued 121 support and guidance.
