Alisson decided to invest in her health and Fitness and started her own body transformation at Dales Nutri-Fitness. She is now feeling stronger and more positive about her body every single day. Alisson has lost nearly 1 stone of body fat, two dress sizes and 4inches off her waist – but the biggest thing she gained was confidence and that feel-good factor that comes with it.
“I started with Dale early 2020, already over weight and unfit after Christmas. It was going great with pounds dropping off and then lockdown happened. During this time the weight I had lost returned with extra added. Within just a few weeks of returning to Dale the pounds started dropping again and I could see the changes and more importantly felt amazing. I have Multiple sclerosis which means some days are better than others. Dale never makes me feel that I have failed on days when I’m not firing on all cylinders but instead adapts to meet my needs.
